Job summary

Centurion Health in Raiford, FL is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join Union Correctional Institution. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, with 5am-5:30pm shifts across three days per week and rotating weekends.

Requirements include a Florida LPN license or ability to obtain one and CPR certification. Corrections experience is not required.

Qualifications

We are currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Union Correctional Institution located in Raiford, Florida.

Pay Rate: $30.50-34/hr

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

5am-5:30pm, three shifts per week; rotating weekends
