Qualifications

• Active RN license in state(s) of practice or privilege to practice under eNLC.
• Minimum 2 months of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to shifts.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Participate as an active member of an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring patients receive individualized, high-quality, safe care

• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times

The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.

Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state(s) of practice, or privilege to practice under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
• Minimum 2 months of nursing experience

• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

• Must pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• National certification in area of specialty
• Direct patient care experience
• Epic EMR experience
