Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches — based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.

Participate as an active member of an interdisciplinary care team, ensuring patients receive individualized, high-quality, safe care
Practice nursing in accordance with applicable state Nurse Practice Acts, ANA Scope of Practice, and Code of Ethics Standards
Uphold the voice of the patient while supporting service excellence goals and organizational policies
Collect, monitor, and interpret patient data; apply evidence-based and critical thinking skills in clinical decision-making
Respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner
Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Active RN license in the state(s) of practice, or privilege to practice under the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
Minimum 2 months of nursing experience
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred
Active CPR/BLS certification
Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts
Must pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications:
National certification in area of specialty
Direct patient care experience
Epic EMR experience

Self-directed and organized — you manage your schedule and communicate proactively

Tech-comfortable — confident using a smartphone app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
