Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 months nursing assistant experience.
• Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster.

• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts; pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation.
• Aid with medications under direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity and safety in a clinical setting.
• Document care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding updates or changes in condition.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning

Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

Active CNA certification or license

Active CPR/BLS certification

Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply):

Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract

Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
