Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide registry enabling CNAs to provide personal care and clinical support across skilled nursing facilities, homes, and hospital settings in Hemet, CA. New graduates are welcome, and shifts can be matched via the CareLinx app with ongoing Care Advisor support.

You will work part-time across various care settings, maintaining patient dignity, safety, and timely documentation, while staying in close contact with your Care Advisor for scheduling and updates.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification or license is required
• Active CPR/BLS certification is required
• Proof of COVID vaccination (including first booster) is required
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app for scheduling and documentation
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual encouraged

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning)
• Aid with medications under RN supervision
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and safety
• Document care tasks in the CareLinx app
• Submit timesheets through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with Care Advisors about updates or changes in patient condition
• Maintain client confidentiality

We’recurrently hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personal care and clinical support to patients across a variety of care settings. New graduates are welcome!

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core Responsibilities:

Assistpatients with personal care including bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, and positioning

Aid with physician-ordered medications that are ordinarily self-administered, under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Document all care tasks accurately in theCareLinxmobile appduringeach shift

Submit timesheets on time through theCareLinxapp

Communicate with your Care Advisorregardingany case updates or changes in patient condition

Maintain client confidentiality at all times

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required Qualifications:

Active CNA certification or license

Active CPR/BLS certification

Minimum 2 months of nursingassistanceexperience

Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster

Access to a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and fromagreed upon shifts

Must pass a background check

Program-Specific Requirements (May Apply):

Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract

Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts
