Job summary

Raintree Village is seeking a dedicated LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Lincoln, NE. The LPN Charge Nurse plans, organizes, and assists in providing direct and indirect resident care following established policies and nursing standards.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold an active LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification preferred or required by facility guidelines.
• 1–2 years of nursing experience as a charge nurse in long-term care or skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assess and implement interventions for resident care per nursing standards.
• Make daily rounds to monitor condition and comfort of residents.
• Supervise staff, ensure policy compliance and accurate handoffs between shifts.

The LPN Charge Nurse plans, organizes, and assists in providing direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures, standards of nursing practice and principles of nursing care.
