Terrace Glen Village in Marion, IA is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver comprehensive nursing care to residents, coordinating with families and physicians, and ensuring safety and quality per CMS guidelines.

The RN must be licensed in Iowa, CPR certified, and preferably 1-2 years in long-term care; we offer competitive wages, full benefits, 401(k) match, tuition assistance, and a supportive, team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in the state of work.
• CPR certification required at hire.
• 1–2 years of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care per federal/state/company rules.
• Make daily rounds to assess resident condition and comfort.
• Follow safety and infection control policies at all times.
• Assess changes in condition and initiate interventions.
• Communicate with physicians and document hand-offs clearly.
• Oversee direct care staff and assign tasks as needed.
• Communicate in English; interpret resident needs effectively.
• Apply basic math for measurements and dosing.
