Highgate Senior Living – Great Falls, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse / Healthcare Director to lead and oversee day-to-day nursing for assisted living and memory care, guiding the clinical team to ensure quality of life, dignity, and choice for residents.

You will partner with residents, families, providers, nurses, caregivers, and med techs while coordinating care plans and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory standards in a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license with 2+ years in geriatrics.
• Experience leading nursing teams in senior living or LTC.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a negative TB test.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

About the role
