ABOUT THE ROLE
Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support in our assisted living and memory care community. Your care keeps daily life comfortable, safe, and dignified so residents and their families can focus on living well.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and purposeful engagement throughout the day.
- Support dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping tasks that promote a safe, clean environment.
- Observe and promptly report changes in condition and document care according to policy.
- Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipment.
- Partner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routines.

RELATABLE EXPERIENCE
- Prior work or volunteer experience in assisted living, memory care, or caregiving.
- Hospitality, healthcare, or customer service roles.
- Multitasking positions where kindness and reliability mattered.
- Volunteer experience supporting vulnerable populations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 18 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to obtain required state caregiving credentials, if applicable.
- Current negative TB test.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday and transfer up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Strong time management and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
