Highgate Senior Living in Great Falls, MT is seeking a Care Partner/Caregiver to support residents in our assisted living and memory care community.

Your daily care keeps residents comfortable, safe, and dignified, while you build meaningful relationships through companionship, help with daily activities, and respectful interaction.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• CPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to obtain required state caregiving license (if applicable).
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout shift; transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management; able to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and purposeful engagement throughout the day.
• Support dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping tasks that promote a safe, clean environment.
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition; document care per policy.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipment.
• Partner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routines.

Compensation: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Help residents live with purpose each day through whole-person support in our assisted living and memory care community.

Your care keeps daily life comfortable, safe, and dignified so residents and their families can focus on living well.

What you’ll do
