Highgate Senior Living in Vancouver, WA is seeking an RN to lead day‑to‑day nursing for assisted living and memory care, guiding the clinical team to uphold resident dignity and quality of life.

You will partner with residents, families, providers and care staff; oversee assessments, care planning, and documentation; and contribute to staffing, training, and quality assurance.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license; 2+ years in geriatrics preferred.
• Background check clearance required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Current negative TB test.

About the role

Lead day‑to‑day nursing for assisted living and memory care—supporting dignity, choice, and quality of life.

Partner with residents, families, providers, nurses, caregivers, and med techs while guiding the clinical team.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Current RN license; 2+ years’ experience (geriatrics a plus)
