Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Billings, MT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Care Aide to support residents in assisted living and memory care with hands-on care rooted in dignity and choice.

You will provide ADL support, companionship, monitor changes, uphold infection control and safety, assist with dining and hydration, and work closely with nurses and families to keep residents healthy and connected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current CNA or HCA license.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
• Organized, efficient, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Offer companionship, purposeful engagement, and cueing.
• Monitor and report changes and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Uphold infection control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with dining, hydration, and restorative activities.
• Work collaboratively with nurses, leaders, and families.

Support residents in assisted living and memory care with hands-on care rooted in dignity and choice. Your skill and presence help residents stay healthy, comfortable, and connected so families can feel confident.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide ADL support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 18 years of age.
