Job summary

Highgate Senior Living in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an Activities and Social Programs assistant to implement engaging programs for residents in assisted living and memory care. You will support small and large groups, coordinate calendars and spaces, and document attendance.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in customer service or events, strong communication, and a passion for wellness, creativity, and helping seniors stay connected.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • 1+ year in customer service, events, or leading groups.
  • Current negative TB test; background check clearance.
  • Valid driver’s license with qualifying abstract.

About the role

Implement an engaging social program for residents in assisted living and memory care.

Relatable experience
  • Activities, recreation, events, or hospitality

  • Volunteer or paid roles serving seniors or vulnerable populations

  • Customer service roles with multitasking and documentation
