Job summary

Franciscan Health Orthopedic Hospital Carmel in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our orthopedic surgical unit. You will contribute to high-quality patient care by developing and reassessing plans of care for ortho patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing, a valid RN license (NLC eligible), and prior OR ortho nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable.
• Licensed RN in the state or listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Experienced OR Ortho Nurses required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a surgical ortho unit.
• Develop and implement plans of care for ortho patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team.

• Full-time day shift openings, 6:30-3pm or 6:30-5pm shift available.
• We are closed on weekends and holidays. Minimal call shifts required

Qualifications

• A team-oriented RN willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.
• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
• Experienced OR Ortho Nurses required
