Franciscan Health Indianapolis Campus is seeking a PRN Night Shift Registered Nurse to join our 34-bed Orthopaedic/Neuro unit. You will provide direct patient care, participate in care planning, and support stroke, neuro, fractures, and joint replacement patients within a compassionate team.

• Must be a Registered Nurse with a valid RN license in Indiana or listed in NLC.
• Associate degree required; BSN desirable.
• Team-oriented and flexible in meeting patient care needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement plans of care, reassessing and evaluating patient progress.
• Provide direct nursing care for ortho/neuro patients and post-op cases.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality of care.

• Requires every third weekend

QUALIFICATIONS

• A team-oriented Registered Nurse willing to be flexible and dynamic in meeting patient care needs.

• Associate Degree from an accredited program is required, BSN desirable

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in the state or as listed in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
