Job summary

Ascension is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Med Surg team at Jane Phillips Medical Center in Bartlesville, OK. This full-time night shift position offers opportunities to coordinate patient care and discharge planning with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring care plans, documenting patient conditions, and ensuring orders are carried out. Minimum requirements include a nursing diploma and an active OK RN license, with BLS certification required

• BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required. OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
