Job summary

Evermore Senior Living LLC in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Medication Aide/CNA to join our care team and help our senior residents thrive daily.

You will administer medications, provide direct personal care, monitor health status and vital signs, assist with meals and activities, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding HIPAA and state care standards. We value dedication, teamwork, and a resident‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia CNA certification required.
• Active Virginia RMA certification required.
• Experience in a senior living or long‑term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration protocols and documentation.
• Compassionate, patient, and resident‑focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and state regulations.
• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Communicate with nursing staff, families, and care team regarding resident needs.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities to promote resident well-being.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment; follow HIPAA and state standards.
