Job summary

Evermore Senior Living LLC is seeking a compassionate Registered Medication Aide/CNA to join our care team in Woodbridge, VA. You will administer medications per physician orders, provide direct personal care, and support residents' daily activities in a warm, home-like setting.

The ideal candidate holds Virginia CNA and RMA certifications, is reliable, patient, and able to collaborate with nurses and family members while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold Virginia CNA certification
• Must hold Virginia RMA certification
• Experience in senior living preferred

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents per physician orders and state regulations
• Provide direct personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, and changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff, families, and care team members
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily activities to promote well-being
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
• Follow facility policies, HIPAA guidelines, and state care standards
