The Dietitian will join Cura-Hospitality at John J. Kane Regional Center in Pittsburgh to assess and address patients’ nutritional needs, develop care plans, and support quality of life through nutrition interventions.

You will work with the care team to educate residents and staff, adhere to state regulations, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives in a healthcare dining setting.

Qualifications

• Passed a national examination by the CDR or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents' rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards and facility requirements.
• Collaborate with departments to set up procedures related to dining services and nutrition.
• Contribute to quality improvement programs.
