Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. Join our team and contribute to resident well‑being through personalized nutrition plans.

Pay rate starts at $32.00 per hour with Monday - Friday schedules and flexible shifts. You will assess nutrition needs, develop care plans, provide education, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD).
• State licensure or certification in good standing.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work across multiple buildings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.
