Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess residents, develop and implement nutrition care plans, and educate patients and staff to improve overall health and well-being.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a commitment to regulatory compliance, and willingness to provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing in the state of practice.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state/local/customers.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents’ health and well-being.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
