Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. New grads are welcome and a retention bonus of $1,200 is offered.

The position pays $32.00–$40.00 per hour, with benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts, and more. Responsibilities include assessing nutrition needs, developing care plans, counseling residents and families, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• RD-eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Certification/license in good standing within the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, labs, weight trends, intake, and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
