CSR Nutrition in Florida seeks a Florida-licensed dietitian to join our integrated care teams across long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. We emphasize evidence-based nutrition care, patient engagement, and interdisciplinary collaboration in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RD or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
