Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a licensed Florida Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care across long-term care settings. You will perform nutrition assessments, deliver MNT, and document with EMR systems while collaborating with IDT members.

Qualified candidates are RD-eligible or licensed in Florida, with experience in long-term care and strong communication and documentation skills that support patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification).
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
