Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and provide MNT in long-term and related care settings. You will document care across initials, quarterlies, and annuals while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice, CMS/AHCA alignment, telehealth visits, and continued professional growth in a supportive, collaborative statewide network.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RD or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and MNT per CMS/AHCA standards.
• Document initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and changes.
• Collaborate with IDT and lead QAPI audits.
• Oversee dietary services and ensure menu accuracy.
• Provide telehealth consults and document in EMR.

Your Role:

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices

Qualifications:

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
• Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care
