Job summary

CSR Nutrition in Florida is seeking a licensed RD to deliver evidence-based medical nutrition therapy in long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings. You’ll work with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered nutrition care and ongoing quality improvement.

The role includes telehealth options, EMR documentation, audits, and menu oversight. We offer relocation, commuting help, and professional growth within a supportive, inclusive team of dietitians across the state.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RD or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions.
• Deliver MNT aligned with CMS and AHCA standards.
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations and significant changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings.
• Conduct audits and lead QAPI initiatives.
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation.
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.

Your Role:
