Job summary

CSR Nutrition seeks a licensed Registered Dietitian to deliver comprehensive nutrition assessments and MNT in long-term care, assisted living, and independent living settings. The role involves CMS/AHCA-aligned care, charting, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support patient-centered outcomes.

You will conduct audits, oversee dietary services, and provide telehealth consultations, using EMR and NFPE practices, within a supportive, inclusive team culture and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
