Job summary

CSR Nutrition in Florida seeks a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care across long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and document initials, quarterlies, annuals, and post-hospitalizations.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, lead QAPI initiatives, supervise dietary services, and offer telehealth consults using EMR and NFPE practices.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian (or RD-Eligible with verification)
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills
• Passionate about patient-centered, evidence-based care

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
