Job summary

CSR Nutrition is seeking a Florida-licensed Registered Dietitian to provide comprehensive nutrition care across long-term care settings. You will perform nutrition assessments, deliver MNT aligned with CMS/AHCA standards, and document using EMR systems while participating in IDT meetings.

The role emphasizes evidence-based patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and leadership in QAPI audits. Partial remote options and statewide collaboration enhance work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Florida-licensed RD or RD-Eligible with verification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and documentation skills.
• Patient-centered, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities

• Perform Comprehensive Nutrition Assessments and interventions
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in alignment with CMS and AHCA standards
• Complete charting for initials, quarterlies, annuals, post-hospitalizations, and significant changes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• Conduct audits (kitchen, supplements, dining) and lead QAPI initiatives
• Provide oversight of dietary services and ensure accurate menu implementation
• Offer telehealth consults and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices
