Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services in a long-term care facility. You will assess needs, develop care plans, provide nutrition education, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident health while ensuring CMS/state compliance.

The role requires RD certification/eligibility, state-licensure, and strong organizational skills. On-site work with flexible schedules and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site RD, must have a valid Driver's License.
• RD-Eligible and provisional state licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
