The position requires an active RD credential, in-state licensure, and the ability to cover multiple buildings as needed. Strong organization and communication are essential in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the practice state.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Knowledge of CMS, state, and federal nutrition regulations.
• COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state or customers.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS/state regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
