Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian credential required.

- Knowledge of CMS/state nutrition regulations preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
