Qualifications

• RDs must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Current state licensure in good standing is required.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure may be accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed; other duties as assigned.
