Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition at a long-term care facility. This role supports residents' health through individualized care plans, education, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Certification/license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude and effective communication with staff and leadership.
- COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required.
- RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
- If multi-site, must have a valid Driver's License.
Responsibilities
- Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and document the plan in EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure CMS, state, and federal regulatory adherence.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
