You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with CMS and state regulations. Coverage across multiple buildings may be required, with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current licensure in good standing.
• Knowledge of CMS, state and federal nutrition regulations preferred.
• Ability to develop and document care plans and provide education.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized nutrition plans.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with nutrition regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
