Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to oversee clinical nutrition services within a long-term care facility.

You will assess residents, develop care plans, provide nutrition education, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, while complying with CMS and state regulations. This on-site role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RDN).
• Valid state license to practice in West Virginia.
• Knowledge of CMS/state regulations related to nutrition care.

Responsabilités

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document care plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Provide coverage across buildings as needed.
