Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and educate residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- License in good standing in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings, lab results, weight trends, intake and comorbidities.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents'/patients' health and well‑being.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
