Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with current licensure in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of clinical nutrition care and documentation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Compliance with vaccination policies as required.
- Ability to work across multiple buildings as needed.
- RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
- Driver's license if multi-site assignments.
- Experience with CMS/state/federal regulations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS and state/federal regulations.
- Provide coverage across locations based on company needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
