Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize resident health and well-being while delivering individualized care plans.
This role offers Monday – Friday schedules with flexibility, a retention bonus of $1,500, and comprehensive benefits. You will document nutrition care in the EMR, educate residents and families, and ensure compliance with CMS
Qualifications
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- State license in good standing required.
- Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required by state, local, and/or customers.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in the EMR.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
- Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, state, and federal regulations and company standards.
- Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
