Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, ensuring CMS/state compliance and high-quality outcomes.

The position emphasizes flexibility, ongoing training, and potential coverage across multiple buildings, with a competitive pay rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/license in good standing in the practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and effective communication with occupants, administration, and leadership.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required by state/local/customers.
• If multi-site, must have a valid driver's license.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents/patients clinical nutrition needs and document the plan in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings and trends.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
