Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with current credential (RD).
• State licensure in good standing; compliance with practice standards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on data.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident health.
• Ensure CMS/state/federal regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
