Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility in the Waterbury area. Starting pay is $35.00 per hour with potential increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Certification/licensure in good standing within the state.
• Knowledge of state survey process and compliance (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plan in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed; others as assigned.
