Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility. You will work with care teams to support resident well-being and nutrition outcomes, with Monday–Friday schedules and flexible options.

The role involves assessing needs, developing care plans, educating residents and staff, ensuring CMS/state compliance, and covering multiple buildings as needed. Salary is USD $38.00 - $45.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the practice state.
• Knowledge of state survey processes and related regulations (preferred).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
• If multi-site, valid Driver's License.
• RD-eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan within the electronic medical record.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical findings, lab results, weight trends, intake, and co-morbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents/patients, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs, and as desired.
• All other duties as assigned.
