Zusammenfassung

Healthcare Services Group is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. You will assess resident nutrition needs, document plans in EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

The position offers a starting pay of $35.00 per hour, a $1,000 retention bonus, Monday–Friday schedules with some flexibility, and a comprehensive benefits package including telemedicine, prescription discounts, and career

Qualifikationen

• Registered Dietitian with Commission on Dietetic Registration
• State license in good standing in the state of practice
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition regulations (preferred)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• COVID-19 vaccination policies compliance as required
• If multi-site, must have valid driver's license
• RD-Eligible and provisional licensure accepted in certain locations

Aufgaben

• Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and lab results.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to determine a plan of care that improves health.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs.
• All other duties as assigned.
