Job summary
Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutrition services at a long-term care facility.
You will assess residents, develop care plans, and educate patients and families while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours, a starting pay of $30 per hour, a $5,000 retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits including telemedicine, prescription discounts,
Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with active RD credential.
- Certificate/licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
- Knowledge of state survey process and nutrition care regulations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
- RD-eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
- Valid Driver's License for multi-site roles.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to CMS, State, and Federal regulations.
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
