Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered Dietitian with active Credential and state license.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance as required.
Responsibilities
- Assess the clinical nutrition needs of residents/patients and document the plan in the EMR.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and lab data.
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
- Ensure CMS/state regulations and company standards are followed.
