Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc (HCSG) is hiring a Registered Dietitian to manage clinical nutritional services at a long-term care facility. The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with flexibility and opportunities to impact resident health and experience.

You will assess nutritional needs, develop care plans, provide education to residents and staff, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple buildings as needed.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Knowledge of CMS/state/federal nutrition care regulations (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Vaccination policy compliance as required by state/country.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutrition needs and document care plans in the EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS/state/federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
