Job summary

Park Royal Hospital is seeking a full-time Registered Dietitian to promote health and recovery in behavioral health care. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, day-time hours and comprehensive health benefits.

You will assess nutritional needs, approve menus and counsel patients in nutrition and diet planning. We seek an experienced professional with licensure readiness and familiarity with eating disorders or substance use in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition or similar field acceptable for licensure.
• Experience with Eating Disorders and Substance use strongly preferred in facilities working with those patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Assess nutritional needs, diet restrictions and health plans to develop dietary-care plans.
• Approve patient menus and nutritional supplements.
• Counsel individuals and groups on nutrition, healthy eating and monitoring.
• Collaborate with physicians to determine nutritional needs and restrictions.
• Review and approve facility diet manual annually with medical staff.
