Job summary

Premier at Perry Village in New Bloomfield, PA is seeking a Registered Dietitian for a full-time, onsite role to assess and plan nutrition care for residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate is licensed in Pennsylvania, has at least 1 year of experience in long-term care, and will guide menu planning and regulatory compliance, promoting resident well-being and professional development.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania.
• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor residents' nutritional status and revise plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate dietary services into care.
• Guide menu planning, therapeutic diets, and regulatory compliance for dietary staff.
• Educate residents and families on nutrition goals and dietary modifications.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant state and federal dietary regulations.

Position Overview
