Confidential Healthcare Nursing Center is seeking a Registered Dietitian to support our skilled nursing facility with individualized nutritional care plans. The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, regulatory compliance, and ongoing nutrition education for residents, families, and staff.

Ideal candidates will hold an RD/RDN credential with current state licensure and have experience in long-term care, showing strong clinical nutrition knowledge and excellent communication

Qualifications

• RD/RDN credential required, active and current.
• Current state licensure or license eligibility where applicable.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets and regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' nutritional status and develop individualized care plans.
• Monitor and adjust dietary interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy and medical staff.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and survey readiness.
• Provide nutrition education to residents, families and staff.
• Oversee menu planning for balanced, appealing and therapeutic diets.
• Participate in care plan meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
